Frequently asked questions

1. I'm having difficulties registering my game.

  • First of all you have to download the latest trial version of the game from our site www.sahmon.com and save the setup file on your hard drive.
  • After that you have to install the game. Double-click on this file and it will guide you through the installation process.
  • Press (START > Programs > The name of the game > Register).
  • Then copy  the registration key and paste it into the registration field that has appeared.
  • Press 'Register' button and restart the game.
2. I've purchased your game but  I lost my registration code.

All you have to do is download, install and register the game again. To register it see ''Game Registration''.

If you don't have or can't find the  registration code please send an e-mail to our technical support service support@sahmon.com providing the following info: your registration name, e-mail, order number, the title of the game.

3. The registration key doesn’t work.

Usually it happens because of some mistake in the registration process.

4. How to download the game.

  • Please find your game on the All Games page.
  • Select which game you would like to download.
  • Press the download link.
  • Save the setup file on your hard drive.
  • After that you have to install it.
  • Double-click on this file and it will guide you through the installation process.

5. I've already purchased the game but still haven't received it.

Our games are downloadable. All you need is download the game from our web site www.sahmon.com  install it on your computer and register using the steps you’ve  received via confirmation e-mail from Sahmon games.

6. I purchased a CD-ROM and now it wants me to register.

If after installing your game from the CD-ROM, the game says your trial time is over and wants you to register or buy the game, a trial version of the game may be conflicting with the game from the CD-ROM.

Please, uninstall all previous versions of the game and reinstall from the CD-ROM.

7. The game shows black screen.

It is possible that you do not have the latest version of DirectX installed on your computer.

You can download the latest version of DirectX at www.microsoft.com/directx

 

Please send us folder "DebugLogs" with files in it, that could be found in the folder of the installed game.

8. While playing the game my computer freezes.

Make sure your computer meets the game's system requirements.

Be sure you've closed all other programs and applications including antivirus software.
